UC San Diego's Science Research Park 

The Center for Novel Therapeutics is located on 30 acres in the heart of UC San Diego’s Science Research Park and will be walking distance from the Blue Line Trolley Extension. The collaborative work environment will leverage the strength of the university’s world renowned doctors and research at the Moore’s Cancer Center in the merging public-private partnerships. CNT creates the first academic-industry drug discovery incubator in San Diego to support entrepreneurs and accelerate scientific discovery and commercialization.

Research

Tenants have unparalleled access to renowned research centers for supercomputing, biological structure, wireless communication, microscopy and imaging research, genome sequencing, molecular genetics, climate and oceanography, magnetic recording, telecommunications and  information technology.

Collaboration

UC San Diego is the hub of Torrey Pines Mesa, one of the most prolific and collaborative research zones in the nation.

Three hospitals and over 400 pharmaceutical, wireless & biotech companies are located in the science research zone surrounding campus.
